Tasks

  • Provide exceptional technical and scientific support to customers
  • Deliver high-quality technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to product inquiries and application questions
  • Address customer complaints
  • Provide pre-sales technical expertise to the sales team
  • Deliver product training to the sales team
  • Offer scientific guidance to identify and progress sales opportunities
  • Troubleshoot complaints using laboratory experience and product knowledge
  • Assist customers with setting up spatial biology assays
  • Ensure fast and high-quality customer responses
  • Liaise with corporate sites for support and quality control data
  • Log all customer correspondence in CRM
  • Represent the company professionally
  • Notify affected customers of product changes
  • Provide product training for new starters
  • Utilize phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and online chat for support
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to enhance customer experience
  • Partner with the sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Provide proactive product training to the sales team
  • Offer pre-sales support to identify and convert sales leads
