- •Build deep relationships with customer executives
- •Position BDC as the preferred cloud platform
- •Accelerate value delivery through rapid solution adoption
- •Identify opportunities for new or expanded SAP solutions
- •Mitigate churn and manage solution renewals
- •Manage crises and de-escalate customer situations
- •Identify sales leads to support expansion and upsells
- •Drive renewals for subscription and perpetual license solutions
