- •Position BDC as the preferred cloud platform
- •Accelerate value delivery through rapid solution adoption
- •Build and maintain deep executive relationships
- •Identify opportunities for expanded SAP solution use
- •Mitigate churn and manage solution renewals
- •Manage crises and de-escalate customer situations
- •Identify sales leads for expansion and upsells
- •Support sales teams in growth efforts
- •Drive renewals for subscription and perpetual licenses
