- Understanding of cloud software solutions
- Strong program and project management skills
- Expert commercial and deal support skills
- Fluency in German and English
Tasks
- Act as a trusted advisor for customer executives
- Deliver Business Data Cloud expertise to business lines
- Position BDC as the preferred cloud platform
- Accelerate value delivery through rapid solution adoption
- Build and maintain deep executive relationships
- Identify opportunities for expanded SAP solution use
- Mitigate churn and manage solution renewals
- Manage crises and de-escalate customer situations
- Identify sales leads for expansion and upsells
- Support sales teams in growth efforts
- Drive renewals for subscription and perpetual licenses
