  • Identify new opportunities for SAP solutions
  • Mitigate churn and manage SAP solution renewals
  • Manage customer crises and de-escalate situations
  • Identify sales leads
  • Support sales in expansion and upsell efforts
  • Drive renewals for subscription or perpetual license solutions
  • Drive expansions for subscription or perpetual license solutions
