  • At least 5 years of sales management experience in in-vitro diagnostics market

  • Consistent track record of achieving profitable growth
  • Demonstrable track record in negotiation success, securing contracts
  • Experience delivering change initiatives and facilitating change in customer-focused organisation
  • Ability to think innovatively and not be constrained by current practices
  • Experience in CRM systems
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain positive people relationships and build strong links with all departments in a company matrix structure
  • Possesses flexibility and ability to work under pressure in fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations
  • Fluency in German and high proficiency in English

Tasks

  • Deliver short- and long-term sales and profit goals
  • Manage product portfolio and conduct training for various market segments
  • Develop a high-performance sales team with succession planning
  • Define sales strategy in collaboration with the General Manager
  • Build relationships with C-level hospital executives

  • Address customer needs and resolve issues promptly
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

  • Collaborate with marketing, commercial excellence, and finance teams
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
  • Participate in employee recruiting and job interviews
