Regional Sales Manager - German Speaking(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Independent project and process management
- Subject matter expertise in applicable work area
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Commercial acumen and client business model understanding
- Organized, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and time management
- Adaptability to new technology and processes
- Comfort with prolonged phone use
- Ability to make 40-50 outbound calls daily
- Knowledge of MSP, TSP, and Security industry
- Opportunity identification and resource leveraging
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- 3 years of account management, client success, or sales experience
- Proven client satisfaction and retention track record
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting software
- 0-10% travel may be required
Tasks
- Develop and maintain partner relationships
- Drive sales growth and retention
- Manage revenue and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams for client solutions
- Support cross-functional teams with attention to detail
- Research, analyze, and document findings
- Coach, review, and delegate work to team members
- Achieve annual sales growth contract value
- Manage partners within designated territory
- Follow ConnectWise value-based sales process
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Develop territory and account plans
- Oversee product or service delivery
- Track and report key metrics
- Resolve client concerns quickly
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Provide accurate forecasting
- Close sales meeting ConnectWise standards
- Qualify existing accounts for pipeline
- Negotiate contract terms and implementation
- Build long-term partner relationships
