Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in target-oriented sales position
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Experience in complex sales environment
  • Experience addressing executive-level leaders regarding change
  • Experience managing monthly/annual pipeline and creating precise forecasts
  • Proven overachievement of monthly and annual targets
  • Trained/certified in standardized sales method (e.g., Sandler)
  • In-depth understanding of business growth and confident executive consulting on growth strategies
  • Interest in business and technology
  • Growth-oriented mindset and habit of seeking feedback for development
  • Assumption of additional responsibility in team environment (e.g., coaching, mentoring, team projects)

Tasks

  • Develop and manage regional business plans (annual, quarterly, monthly)
  • Acquire new prospects through inbound and self-generated leads
  • Conduct qualification calls with executive and department leaders
  • Close new business and renewals, meeting or exceeding monthly quotas
  • Sell to stakeholders via internal champions
  • Sell directly to executive management
  • Collaborate with Marketing and IT to evolve sales strategy for new features and products
  • Conduct online or on-site product demonstrations
