Senior Partner Sales Executive(m/w/x)
Driving partner revenue for Gen3 AI Agent systems, conveying Zendesk value proposition. Deep subscription (SaaS) model experience required. Strategic partner account management focus.
Requirements

- 10 years or more of experience in software sales
- 5 years in SaaS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Quota carrying experience with over-achieving sales targets
- Proficiency with various software applications
- Tenacity, drive, and motivation to exceed expectations
- Proficient in creating business plans with C-level stakeholders
- Significant experience selling within the software/SaaS industry
- Self-motivated and accountable with a tenacious work ethic
- Flexibility and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of a sales methodology a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English and German
- Willingness to travel 30% of the time
Tasks
- Convey Zendesk’s value proposition to executives and sales teams
- Collaborate with marketing and partner teams for lead sharing
- Execute marketing programs and generate focus activities
- Manage named accounts and defined territories of partners
- Ramp up existing revenue-generating partners
- Locate, recruit, and manage new revenue-generating partners
- Develop executive relationships to enhance Zendesk's presence
- Understand partner business value and Zendesk's contributions
- Generate enthusiasm for Zendesk’s offerings
- Maintain and execute quarterly business and GTM plans
- Oversee marketing and incentive programs with Partner Marketing
- Guide partner enablement training sessions
- Facilitate communication between partners and Zendesk sales teams
- Support overall growth of the Partner program with ideas and accountability
- Act as the General Manager of your territory
