Tasks
- Lead and develop a regional automotive sales team
- Manage a team of approximately five employees
- Drive the regional sales strategy in alignment with business priorities
- Own and lead one major strategic account
- Provide clear structure and prioritization for team responsibilities
- Ensure accountability across the team’s customer responsibilities
- Drive execution discipline and cross-functional alignment
- Promote efficient ways of working using AI
- Coach and develop the regional sales team
- Define and execute the regional sales strategy
- Lead the overall Tier 1 account setup
- Guide team members on Tier 1 customer responsibilities
- Drive customer engagement and account development
- Manage critical customer topics and negotiations
- Work closely with Sales, FAEs, Business Units, and Operations
- Support customer success through cross-functional collaboration
- Contribute to account planning and regional prioritization
- Track resource alignment and execution
- Build team capability and people-management depth
- Encourage the use of AI and digital tools
- Translate AI opportunities into practical use cases
