Recruitment Assistant(m/w/x)
Administrative support for high-volume selection procedures and interview coordination at EU regulatory authority. One year professional recruitment experience and B2 English command required. Experience with international or EU-specific hiring procedures a plus.
Requirements
- University degree (minimum 3 years study)
- One year professional recruitment experience
- Experience with EU/international recruitment procedures (asset)
- Good Excel knowledge and IT confidence
- Excellent English command (B2 or higher)
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Tasks
- Provide administrative support for high-volume recruitment procedures
- Organize and implement selection procedures
- Ensure smooth and structured recruitment processes
- Screen job applications
- Organize written tests and interviews
- Prepare recruitment reports
- Support Selection Committees throughout all selection phases
- Liaise with external proctoring providers for invigilated tests
- Draft offer letters
- Handle pre-employment medical examinations
- Draft, publish, and disseminate vacancy notices
- Assist in managing the recruitment plan
- Manage and maintain reserve lists
