Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or comparable field
- •Experience with project and process management; HR experience advantageous
- •Strong IT affinity and excellent MS Office skills
- •Exposure to HR topics such as Total Rewards, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, or Organizational Design
- •Structured, detail-oriented, and analytical working style
- •Very good German and English skills with strong communication abilities
- •Proactive, flexible, and independent working style in dynamic environments
- •Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset

- •Lead subprojects or smaller project streams
- •Contribute to the conceptual development of project content
- •Prepare stakeholder alignments
- •Perform project planning and risk identification
- •Document project activities and prepare meetings
- •Track milestones and timelines
- •Create presentations, reports, and decision materials
- •Consolidate stakeholder feedback
- •Manage and analyze HR data from various sources
- •Prepare and execute project-related communication
- •Support change management activities
- •Document and optimize processes
- •Maintain templates and standards
- •Coordinate project meetings
- •Manage project structures, including folder systems and access rights
