Tasks
- Support core HR processes across multiple European locations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities and documentation
- Administer onboarding, offboarding, and employment contract changes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and local regulations
- Manage contingent worker contracts and monitor visa expirations
- Maintain electronic and physical employee records with confidentiality
- Produce regulatory references and SMCR-related documentation
- Conduct induction sessions and exit interviews
- Report findings and data from exit interviews
- Assist in enhancing HR processes and systems
- Process payroll inputs and provide necessary documentation
- Manage the HR shared inbox and respond to queries
- Process training requests and organize study agreements
- Maintain Learning and Development trackers in Workday
- Coordinate recruitment processes for assigned business areas
- Update candidate information in the recruitment database
- Prepare presentation decks and employee-related materials
- Update the HR intranet, policies, and handbooks
- Create the weekly internal HR newsletter on a rota
- Support various HR projects across the team
