Requirements
- •8+ years of experience in process consulting, process management, or technical systems implementation
- •At least 3 years of people management experience, including direct leadership of offshore teams or team leads
- •Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- •Excellent analytical, strategic, and operational modeling skills
- •Experience or strong interest in data-driven and digital environments, including SQL, BI tools, and digital procurement systems
- •Solid understanding of Food Safety and/or Supply Chain Management processes
- •Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- •Organize workshops to gather stakeholder input
- •Measure process performance across markets
- •Optimize offshore operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
