- Implement strategies across the international business.
- Communicate strategies to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with DC FSQA operations to address escalated issues.
- Resolve escalated issues from distribution centers.
- Enhance product quality and compliance.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Supplier Operations.
- Ensure legal compliance in Supplier Operations.
- Build internal capability by sharing knowledge.
- Raise awareness and accountability among relevant teams.
- Develop and communicate food safety and quality programs.
- Ensure programs remain relevant and effective.
- Mitigate risks through programs.
- Drive systemized quality improvements within the category.
- Establish and maintain standardized processes and controls.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Evolve supplier management practices.
- Elevate product quality.
- Lead FSQA International compliance program implementation.
- Utilize and evolve key business metrics for decision-making.
- Analyze quality errors and supplier compliance data.
- Monitor food safety complaints, NPS scores, and Trustpilot reviews.
- Collaborate with international FSQA teams.
- Align and implement international FSQA strategy.
- Align and implement OKRs and KPIs.
- Collaborate with various teams to drive product and operational improvements.
- Work with sustainability, PR, Legal, and Customer Care teams on strategic topics.
- Lead the business crisis management team during food safety incidents.
- Support business continuity.
- Protect customers, employees, and the brand.
- Build strategic relationships with industry stakeholders and authorities.
- Represent the company to organizations like GFSI and Global GAP.
- Represent the company when required.
- Stay updated on future legislative changes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices.
- Incorporate new thinking into systems, processes, and category strategies.
- Support new country and vertical launches.
- Develop strategies to manage risks, including Ready to Eat food manufacturing.
- Elevate, drive, and embed a food safety and quality culture.
- Manage and develop a team of FSQA employees.
- Ensure sufficient resources to support business activities.
- Support activities like tenders, NID, and EID.
