Tasks
- Lead food safety and quality for fish and seafood
- Advise on legislation, product risks, and shelf life
- Manage freezing processes, labeling, and import requirements
- Conduct on-site audits across Europe and Southeast Asia
- Approve international suppliers through regular site visits
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance KPIs
- Manage complaints and out-of-spec deliveries
- Follow up on supplier corrective actions
- Investigate quality incidents using root cause analysis
- Implement robust corrective and preventive actions
- Drive strategic quality initiatives to increase satisfaction
- Support supplier negotiations with Procurement and Sourcing
- Contribute to long-term supplier development
- Onboard new suppliers and products
- Establish standardized best practices across international markets
- Ensure compliance with legal and traceability standards
