Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience supporting technical product in SaaS, or MIS/Software Development teams
- Strong written communication in English and German
- High sense of responsibility and accountability
- Ability to provide timely responses and follow up systematically
- Problem-solving skills with positive attitude and helpfulness
- Good debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other programming languages (plus)
- Collaboration and relationship building with customers (executive level)
- Solid oral and written communication abilities, energetic phone skills, and listening skills
- Self-motivated and tech-savvy, seeking new solutions for client relationships
- Caring for clients and ensuring they feel at home with products and assistance
- Superior project and time management skills, keen eye for detail (plus)
- Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness
- Ability and flexibility to work in fast-paced startup environment
- Solid understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketing
Tasks
- Support seamless partner experiences
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Resolve partner requests
- Review and address partner queries
- Find creative solutions for partner needs
- Help partners overcome technical challenges
- Expand partner use of the Insider platform
- Advocate for partners by sharing feedback
- Contribute to product improvements
- Meet SLAs for response and resolution times
