- Develop and maintain key account plans
- Identify opportunities to boost value
- Provide feedback on market trends
- Address unmet needs and opportunities
- Build trusted advisor relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Plan strategies to meet client objectives
- Prioritize and resolve escalated issues
- Propose new product ideas
