- •Oversee the Board member's cost center
- •Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting schedules
- •Perform administrative tasks for the Board area
- •Act as the primary communication contact
- •Handle and respond to meeting requests
- •Organize onsite meeting logistics and room setups
- •Manage sensitive information with strict discretion
- •Support the COO's daily office operations
- •Plan team events, dinners, and townhalls
- •Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
- •Represent the Board member’s office professionally
