Requirements
- 4+ years experience in partner, channel, or B2B marketing in SaaS environment
- Proven success in building/scaling partner or partner apps programs globally
- Strong ability to translate high-level strategies into operational plans
- Strong verbal/written communication and influencing skills
- Strategic thinking, task prioritization, attention to detail, meeting deadlines
- Advanced performance metrics analysis and insight-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms
- English fluency
Tasks
- Develop and execute fiscal year strategic marketing plans with top-tier partners
- Collaborate with regional marketing stakeholders
- Develop joint marketing opportunities with partners
- Manage joint marketing opportunities with partners
- Plan and execute joint webinars and events
- Plan and execute speaking engagements
- Organize partner presence at trade shows and Celonis events
- Lead CeloConnect initiatives in the DACH region
- Orchestrate CeloConnect events and campaigns for partners
- Provide regular updates and enablement opportunities to partners
- Foster community development among local partners
- Drive creation of co-branded assets
- Create joint case studies and solution briefs
- Develop co-branded landing pages
- Produce partner and customer testimonials
- Serve as primary marketing contact for partner teams
- Lead regular partner check-in meetings
- Communicate program updates and event schedules
- Communicate product launches and new marketing assets
- Monitor and report on joint partner marketing effectiveness
- Track lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Manage fiscal year marketing fund distribution and usage
- Report on fiscal year marketing fund usage
