Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or B2B sales
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed revenue or pipeline goals
  • Experience with referral partners, agencies, or consultancies in B2B software
  • Strong communication, high empathy, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter, proactive mindset, initiative, and results-driven
  • Experience with enterprise customers (5,000+ users)
  • Business fluent German and English
  • Comfortable with hybrid work and travel (25% in-region + HQ visits)
  • Experience with CRM or sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) (plus)

  • Develop and execute the DACH partner sales plan
  • Lead business planning sessions
  • Lead partner pipeline reviews
  • Lead regular partner check-ins
  • Monitor market trends
  • Analyze the competitive landscape
  • Refine sales strategy
  • Build and grow the partner pipeline
  • Engage proactively with partners
  • Plan joint opportunities with partners
  • Co-sell with partners
  • Support partners in positioning Staffbase
  • Organize co-marketing activities with partners
  • Deliver partner onboarding programs
  • Provide partner enablement programs
  • Conduct partner sales coaching
  • Serve as main contact for DACH partners
  • Build long-term partner relationships
  • Share news, updates, and resources with partners
  • Gather partner feedback
  • Organize and host partner roundtables and meetups
  • Monitor partner performance against key metrics
  • Identify performance bottlenecks
  • Share insights with internal teams
  • Propose improvements to internal teams
  • Report on partner contribution to sales and growth
