  • Experience with enterprise customers (5,000+ users)
  • Business fluent German and English
  • Comfort with hybrid work and travel
  • Experience with CRM or sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) (plus)

  • Deliver partner onboarding programs
  • Deliver partner enablement programs
  • Deliver partner sales coaching
  • Serve as the main partner contact
  • Build long-term partner relationships
  • Share news, updates, and resources
  • Gather partner feedback
  • Organize partner roundtables
  • Host partner meetups
  • Monitor partner performance metrics
  • Identify performance bottlenecks
  • Share insights with internal teams
  • Share improvements with internal teams
  • Report on partner sales contribution
  • Report on partner growth contribution
