Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in partner management, alliances, or ecosystem roles
  • Strong understanding of partner-led and co-sell sales motions
  • Experience developing and executing GTM strategies through partner ecosystems
  • Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Ability to influence and operate in a matrixed organization
  • Executive communication and relationship management skills
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action
  • English language proficiency

Tasks

  • Manage partner health, performance, and strategy
  • Focus on pipeline development, market expansion, and sales execution
  • Translate partner strategy into measurable business outcomes
  • Own end-to-end partner lifecycle management
  • Develop strategic partner plans and GTM business plans
  • Drive sales pipeline and growth
  • Inspect and assist with deal progression
  • Generate new business in existing and new markets
  • Ensure partners deliver successful projects
  • Develop joint GTM plans with Marketing
  • Drive co-sell and demand generation
  • Advise on market and geographic expansion
  • Identify new buying centers and customer sales motions
  • Collaborate with Technical Partner Advisors
  • Align sales plays to Routes to Market
  • Guide partners on selling ServiceNow
  • Conduct quarterly and bi-annual business reviews
  • Participate in governance forums and milestone tracking
  • Coach and enable partners remotely and face-to-face
  • Build senior-level relationships
  • Manage partner risk
  • Track performance metrics and readiness indicators
  • Reduce friction by escalating risks
