Partner Manager(m/w/x)
Managing full acquisition of strategic agencies for business software solutions at tech startup. 6+ years in sales, business development, or partner management with strategic partnership experience essential. 28 annual leave days.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management
- Proven experience in building strategic partnerships or closing revenue-relevant deals
- Proficiency in value-based selling, deal structuring, and contract negotiations
- Strong relationship management and clear communication skills
- Proficiency in pipeline and KPI management, experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
- Comfortable in a dynamic, data-driven, and growth-oriented environment
Tasks
- Manage the entire acquisition process for new strategic partners
- Proactively identify agencies that align with strategic goals
- Engage agencies through targeted outreach and relationship management
- Develop compelling value propositions and business cases tailored to agency needs
- Negotiate contract terms and partner tier classifications independently
- Visit partners on-site and attend e-commerce and partner events
- Expand your network and enhance the visibility of the ecosystem
- Take full responsibility for your partner pipeline and optimize forecasts
- Keep CRM data (ideally HubSpot) up to date
- Collaborate closely with internal teams like product, sales, marketing, and legal
