Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, ideally B2B SaaS
- Operational strength in at least one main channel (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) and solid knowledge in others
- Demonstrable experience in Creative Strategy (video, image, carousel formats)
- Daily use of AI tools, automation, and LLMs for output maximization
- Deep understanding of server-side tracking, attribution, and data-based success measurement
- Negotiation-level German and professional English (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Steer and optimize paid channels (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit)
- Build a modern tech stack with AI tools and automation
- Plan media budgets with a clear ROI focus
- Develop a creative content strategy addressing e-commerce and B2B pain points
- Optimize landing pages, paid funnels, and cross-channel retargeting structures
- Manage tracking setup, including server-side tracking, attribution, and data quality
- Work closely with HubSpot reports to improve cost-per-SQL and pipeline contribution
- Continuously test new growth opportunities
