  • Conduct structured initial conversations to clarify processes and system landscapes
  • Assess needs, timing, urgency, and stakeholders
  • Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives
  • Utilize HubSpot for tracking and managing leads
  • Maintain source and status documentation
  • Document activities and next steps clearly
  • Provide seamless handoff to the sales team
  • Enhance messaging and approach based on data analysis
  • Deliver market and competitive feedback to sales, marketing, and partner teams
