Partner Manager DACH/CEE (AI Boutiques)(m/w/x)
Building AI boutique partner ecosystem for Claude adoption across DACH/CEE. 5+ years partner development experience required. Generous vacation, optional equity donation matching.
Requirements
- 5+ years developing services partners, consulting partners, or specialist VARs in AI, data, or enterprise software industry
- Track record building channel and partner motions from early stage
- Experience with boutique consultancies and SIs
- Experience managing ecosystem across multiple countries
- Experience with technology products at early stage maturity, including APIs and platforms
- Experience driving revenues across start-ups, digital native and mid-market
- Comfort navigating high ambiguity and prioritizing work ruthlessly
- High-agency individual
- Comfort leveraging AI tooling to multiply impact and efficiency
- Ability to work autonomously and in virtual teams
- Willing and able to travel throughout the region
- Fluent German
- Other European languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

Tasks
- Build and develop the AI boutique partner ecosystem
- Serve as the face of Anthropic Alliances to DACH/CEE partners
- Build and curate the partner portfolio
- Accelerate Claude adoption
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners
- Partner with sales leaders on business objectives
- Understand partner businesses and customer segments
- Drive joint business planning and pipeline development
- Provide sales and technical enablement to partners
- Coordinate with GSI-focused Partner Manager
- Identify prospecting focus and partner capability development
- Monitor trends to identify emerging partners
- Develop and deliver partner value reports
- Represent the partner voice to internal teams
