Tasks

  • Build strategic relationships with key EMEA decision makers
  • Understand customer business objectives and identify optimization opportunities
  • Become an expert in Anthropic's API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code
  • Guide customers to the right solutions using technical knowledge
  • Drive usage planning and address underutilization
  • Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities
  • Serve as a thought partner and enhance customer knowledge of Claude products
  • Socialize Anthropic’s product roadmap and new products
  • Engage Product PMs as the voice of EMEA customers
  • Document and quantify customer value through business outcomes and ROI
  • Identify potential new use cases and lines of business
  • Develop and execute change management strategies
  • Conduct Train the Trainer programs and Center of Excellence development
  • Manage comprehensive account and success plans
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Serve as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
  • Build Anthropic's brand and customer relationships
  • Develop EMEA-specific processes and best practices
