- Experience driving success across consumption/seat-based models
- Technical fluency in AI/ML, API integrations, software implementation
- Experience explaining/demonstrating technical products
- Strategic mindset for growth opportunities and expansion plans
- Cross-functional collaboration representing customer needs
- Strong project management skills
- Passion for AI and responsible development
- Experience building in growing region across time zones
- Ability to bring order to chaos and roll-up-sleeves mentality

Tasks
- Build strategic relationships with key EMEA decision makers
- Understand customer business objectives and identify optimization opportunities
- Become an expert in Anthropic's API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code
- Guide customers to the right solutions using technical knowledge
- Drive usage planning and address underutilization
- Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities
- Serve as a thought partner and enhance customer knowledge of Claude products
- Socialize Anthropic’s product roadmap and new products
- Engage Product PMs as the voice of EMEA customers
- Document and quantify customer value through business outcomes and ROI
- Identify potential new use cases and lines of business
- Develop and execute change management strategies
- Conduct Train the Trainer programs and Center of Excellence development
- Manage comprehensive account and success plans
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
- Serve as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
- Build Anthropic's brand and customer relationships
- Develop EMEA-specific processes and best practices
