- Strong communication and listening skills

- Curiosity and willingness to learn
Tasks
- Win, maintain, and expand relationships with channel partners
- Discover and evaluate potential partners that complement Sonar’s offerings
- Develop a partner territory plan and execute the business plan
- Establish strong relationships with key personnel in partner accounts
- Initiate involvement of company resources to support partner success
- Engage in meaningful business and account QBRs with partners
- Build momentum in the joint partner planning process
- Proactively assess and validate partner needs
- Manage channel policies and expectations to minimize conflict
- Ensure partners complete the required enablement program
- Align partner and Sonar’s business and technology compliance
