Requirements

  • Five years experience in business development, product management or sales
  • Business or Engineering Degree or higher

  • Solution-orientation and broad military technical understanding
  • Political awareness and autonomous work style
  • Understanding of European Defense Industry procurement
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and strategic partnership development
  • Data analysis and strategy adjustment skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and German

Tasks

  • Increase sales and market share for defense sub-segments
  • Map and analyze regional market opportunities
  • Identify key stakeholders and initiate new business
  • Coach and support local sales teams
  • Represent the company at fairs and events
  • Identify customer needs to drive product development
  • Act as the divisional contact for product companies
  • Develop and implement a channel partner strategy
  • Collaborate with global divisions and application centers
  • Manage key accounts and share regional success cases
  • Develop business cases for new product opportunities
  • Make strategic decisions to increase regional profitability
