Requirements
- •Strong sales and negotiation skills
- •Experience managing onboarding processes
- •2–3 years of sales experience
- •Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets
- •Willingness to travel up to 70%
- •Familiarity with Eastern Europe and the Middle East
- •Degree or equivalent experience
- •Fluency in English and German
Work Experience
2 - 3 years
Tasks
- •Manage the full sales process for independent agents
- •Present the complete product portfolio to agents
- •Lead agent onboarding from contract negotiation to activation
- •Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- •Collect and submit required documentation for onboarding
- •Support new locations during ramp-up to maximize revenue
- •Maintain and grow relationships with existing agents
- •Conduct regular visits to top-performing locations
- •Proactively resolve issues within the agent network
- •Achieve productivity and revenue targets across locations
- •Oversee the full agent lifecycle in your assigned region
