Requirements
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- •2+ years of technical sales experience
- •Previous experience with bioprocessing equipment
- •Engineering degree would be beneficial
- •Previous Life Sciences experience would be highly preferred
- •Excellent oral and written communication skills
- •Detail-oriented with strong organization and analytical skills
- •Exceptional customer service skills
- •Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- •Customer-oriented with a focus on problem-solving
- •Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- •Ability to work in both a team environment or individually as required

- •Maximize sales according to set targets
- •Utilize CRM for prospecting and lead generation
- •Manage opportunities and track KPIs in target markets
- •Provide accurate pipeline and forecast reports
- •Include customer and competitor feedback in reports
- •Stay updated on product and market knowledge
- •Respond to operational situations for optimal results
- •Communicate clearly with clients and internally
- •Prepare and implement territory sales and marketing strategies
- •Travel to customer sites within the assigned territory as needed
- •Explain company products, services, and value propositions
- •Create brand awareness in the assigned territory
- •Maintain strong pre and post-sales relationships with customers
