  • 2+ years of technical sales experience
  • Previous experience with bioprocessing equipment
  • Engineering degree would be beneficial
  • Previous Life Sciences experience would be highly preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and analytical skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on problem-solving
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in both a team environment or individually as required

Tasks

  • Lead sales efforts in the region
  • Identify and create new business opportunities
  • Maximize sales according to set targets
  • Utilize CRM for prospecting and lead generation
  • Manage opportunities and track KPIs in target markets
  • Provide accurate pipeline and forecast reports
  • Include customer and competitor feedback in reports
  • Stay updated on product and market knowledge
  • Respond to operational situations for optimal results
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internally
  • Prepare and implement territory sales and marketing strategies
  • Travel to customer sites within the assigned territory as needed
  • Explain company products, services, and value propositions
  • Create brand awareness in the assigned territory
  • Maintain strong pre and post-sales relationships with customers
