Requirements
- Current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Graduate of US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course
- In-depth experience at TSOC, CCMD, and Joint Task Force
- More than three years specialized experience in military or IC compartmented/sensitive activities
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Provide daily feedback on product development
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Associate degree and five years experience or seven years relevant work experience
- More than three years experience with SOF, SMU, Special or Technical Units of Federal, State or Local Law Enforcement
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
- Ability to work independently and function effectively in a team

Tasks
- Lead Task Order execution
- Set strategic vision for program delivery
- Guide a team of contractor professionals
- Ensure quality and efficiency across technical and operational efforts
- Lead Information Operations, Irregular Warfare, and Military Information Support Operations
- Support U.S. Central Command J39 and strategic partners
- Understand and apply technical tool suites
- Develop use of commercial, open source, and classified data
- Enable operations through creativity and vision
- Map efforts to develop future analytics
- Serve as primary point of contact for Task Order execution
- Assign tasks to contractor personnel
- Supervise ongoing technical efforts
- Manage overall Task performance
- Ensure quality and efficiency of assigned tasks
- Plan and provide program and project management support
- Manage activities of contractor personnel and subcontractors
- Satisfy government requirements
- Advise senior military and government leaders
- Serve as technical SME for recruiting and assessing candidates
- Commit CACI resources to meet task order requirements
- Provide regular updates to Functional Group Lead
- Coordinate modifications and change requests
- Advise and assist teammates on tasks
- Provide planning and analytical support
- Develop vision for applying Big Data
