Requirements
- •Active TS/SCI clearance
- •DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE) certification
- •5+ years of experience leading technical teams
- •Strong understanding of combatant commands and operational requirements
- •Excellent communication and coordination skills
- •Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- •Familiarity with Joint Staff processes and systems integration lifecycle
- •Leadership and team management capabilities
- •Proactive, adaptable, and innovative approach

Tasks
- •Lead and manage GCCS-J upgrades and deployments
- •Integrate system enhancements into existing infrastructure
- •Address evolving operational needs while maintaining system performance
- •Develop and manage independent C2/COP system architectures
- •Ensure COP is available and relevant for all command levels
- •Support policy and strategy development as a C2 planner
- •Collaborate with the USEUCOM theater COP Subject Matter Expert
- •Mentor and manage a team of operations specialists and planners
- •Provide training on C2/COP system functionalities
- •Maintain Continuity of Operations during emergencies
- •Perform duties at alternate locations as required
