  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black belt)
  • Experience in IT domains (systems architecture)
  • Experience in systems as part of Mission Relevant Terrain-Cyber (MRT-C) analysis
  • Knowledge of mission frameworks (UJTLS, METs, PMEFs)

  • Integrate MRT-C outputs into planning processes
  • Assess cyber risk to mission
  • Influence strategic and operational decision-making
  • Lead and support strategic planning using JPP
  • Integrate MRT-C outputs into OPLANS, CONPLANS, BASEPLANS, Campaign Plans
  • Communicate risk to CSA, CCMD, Services, and Mission Partners
  • Support CCMD planning and mission integration
  • Analyze technical and operational data
  • Develop actionable solutions to complex challenges
  • Provide decision-quality recommendations
  • Evaluate joint needs statements
  • Define capability requirements using DOTMLPF-P
  • Identify capability gaps
  • Recommend solutions to optimize mission effectiveness
  • Support enterprise-level planning
  • Coordinate with DISA, CCMDs, and mission partners
  • Brief O5/O6, SES, and General/Flag Officers
  • Advise on cyber strategy and mission risk
