- Develop actionable solutions to complex challenges
- Provide decision-quality recommendations
- Evaluate joint needs statements
- Define capability requirements using DOTMLPF-P
- Identify capability gaps
- Recommend solutions to optimize mission effectiveness
- Support enterprise-level planning
- Coordinate with DISA, CCMDs, and mission partners
- Brief O5/O6, SES, and General/Flag Officers
- Advise on cyber strategy and mission risk
