  • Completion of an IO Primer Course
  • Knowledge of OIE doctrine and policy related to the U.S. and NATO
  • Knowledge of data science and data tools integration
  • Ability to articulate OIE tasks and guidance into OPLANs, TASKORDs, Appendices, and Orders
  • Master's degree
  • Project Management Certification
  • Completion of Joint Professional Military Education II
  • Eligibility for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance required

  • Conduct mission analysis
  • Create staff estimates
  • Build concepts of support and operations
  • Coordinate with Psychological Operations (PSYOP)
  • Collaborate with military deception (MILDEC)
  • Engage in Cyberspace Operations (CO)
  • Participate in Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO)
  • Work with Public Affairs (PA)
  • Participate in theater exercises
  • Identify and evaluate complex systems and policies
  • Integrate intelligence into theater plans and joint operations
