EPOC Operations Manager(m/w/x)
Supervising systems for AV routing matrix and critical infrastructure (HVAC, electrical) in a national safety operations center. Adjudicated Top Secret/SCI Clearance required. Work supporting critical national safety missions.
Requirements
- Adjudicated Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- BA/BS + 7 years recent specialized experience or AA/AS + 9 years recent specialized experience or major certification + 9 years recent specialized experience
- Experience managing staff in a JOC environment
- ITIL v3 - Foundation
- MCSA and/or CCNA
- Incident and Problem Management experience
- Experience working with Cisco Routers and Switches
- Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and operational needs
Tasks
- Coordinate and supervise systems-related work in the EPOC
- Lead actions with Audio Video (AV) routing matrix and computer systems architecture
- Verify and ensure operational status of HVAC, security, life safety, fire, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Brief the EPOC Chief of Staff on operational and project status
- Monitor and support collaboration with EPOC leadership and occupants
- Track and deconflict contracts impacting integrated EPOC systems
- Report on infrastructure metrics for maintenance and technical rooms
- Provide plans for systems stress tests in coordination with EMCC exercises
- Manage vendor work to ensure completion and adherence to schedules
- Recommend technology for expanding and integrating C2 systems
- Deliver weekly updates on EPOC/EMCC systems and project status
- Coordinate integrated systems support for daily operations and missions
- Share knowledge with facility support personnel to foster teamwork
- Manage EMCC contract staff including engineers and project managers
