Tasks
- Serve as the primary contact for clients.
- Implement client requirements into processes.
- Ensure high-quality execution with team leads.
- Empower team leads to act independently.
- Motivate remote customer care teams for peak performance.
- Analyze project KPIs to identify improvements.
- Drive timely optimizations based on analysis.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless processes and positive outcomes.
- Proactively implement process improvements.
