  • 5+ years in sales or key account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English
  • Proven success in managing national accounts and meeting sales targets
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Collaboration and lateral leadership skills
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills at senior levels
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused
  • Strong project management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively (>50%)

Tasks

  • Manage and grow key accounts in the packaging sector
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Understand client needs for packaging materials and functionality
  • Identify client-specific sustainability and performance requirements
  • Develop a solid pipeline of NKA customers in Central Europe
  • Drive effective lead and pipeline management to meet targets
  • Explore new market opportunities to expand the NKA customer base
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs for the key accounts division
  • Analyze customer and market data to inform sales strategies
  • Ensure revenue and performance targets are consistently met
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
