- Experience with digital tactics, virtual and physical events, and their application along the customer journey
- Analytical thinking, especially regarding sales and pipeline data
- Affinity for performance measurement, continuous improvement, and implementation of measures
- Project management skills
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent German and at least good English skills
- B2B marketing expertise through initial professional experience, ideally in software/IT/high-tech or manufacturing
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
Tasks
- Report to Marketing Leader for strategic industries
- Plan, develop, and implement marketing plans for one or more industries
- Create innovative, industry-specific programs and campaigns
- Apply comprehensive business knowledge and market understanding
- Utilize expertise in target groups and relevant SAP solutions
- Manage the planning, development, and execution of industry-specific programs
- Control the assigned marketing budget
- Develop and implement the customer journey for the target audience
- Coordinate closely with Marketing Campaign Managers and service providers
- Serve as the content point of contact and approval authority for agencies
- Monitor success of defined goals for awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration
- Collaborate closely with sales and sales-support teams
- Engage with local colleagues in Austria and Switzerland
