Tasks

  • Manage end-to-end Microsoft 365 service delivery
  • Meet SLA, KPI, and contract commitments
  • Act as the primary escalation manager
  • Coordinate engineering, operations, and security teams
  • Lead service reviews and governance forums
  • Oversee incident, problem, and change management
  • Manage service onboarding and operational readiness
  • Drive service improvement and automation initiatives
  • Align client needs with M365 roadmaps
  • Manage risks and service improvement backlogs
  • Ensure security and regulatory compliance
  • Support renewals and cost optimization activities
  • Maintain service documentation and delivery reports
  • Collaborate on sales and growth opportunities
