Tasks
- Manage Professional Services delivery for a designated EMEA region
- Ensure smooth fulfillment of all engagements and consistent delivery of strong results
- Collaborate with practice leads to identify skill gaps and growth areas
- Lead a team of Engagement Managers and Project Managers for outstanding customer experiences
- Build and lead an inclusive, high-performing team with clear expectations and accountability
- Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities
- Foster a regional community among consultants and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Advocate for sufficient resources to meet demand, ensuring location, language, and cultural alignment
- Support efficient resourcing across EMEA
- Serve as the main executive liaison for customers and internal stakeholders
- Participate in governance forums like Steering Committees and Executive Sponsor meetings
- Drive consistent governance and operational rigor across projects and workstreams
- Account for regional revenue, project margin, backlog burn, and resource mix optimization
- Monitor regional performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Partner with Sales and Resource Management teams to forecast demand and accelerate project starts
- Work closely with practice leads to ensure alignment with delivery excellence standards
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for blocking issues
- Identify and build new services opportunities, facilitate contract extensions, and drive renewals
- Communicate insights and recommendations to influence strategic decisions and encourage long-term partnerships
- Function as the regional community leader, providing dotted-line oversight for consultants
- Bring people together virtually and in person to strengthen team spirit
- Promote collaboration, information exchange, and continuous improvement
