Requirements

  • Highly analytical with strong financial and P&L understanding and data-driven decision-making ability
  • Experienced negotiator with proven track record in complex, multi-country negotiations
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, ability to align senior leadership, regional teams, and local markets
  • People leader who can motivate, develop, and collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous, and dynamic international environments
  • Resilience, growth mindset, and strong personal drive to deliver results

Tasks

  • Drive European commercial strategy for buying groups, service alliances, and International Customers
  • Define and implement international account strategies aligned with business and growth goals
  • Build negotiation mandates and proposals for the Value SteerCo
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning with central teams
  • Cascade negotiation strategies and mandates to local markets
  • Support local teams in executing negotiation strategies
  • Represent the company in high-level international negotiations
  • Ensure pricing consistency and adherence to central pricing and trade guardrails
  • Lead the Service Alliances strategy
  • Develop a strong European network
  • Manage negotiations across markets
  • Handle escalations and ensure mandate compliance
  • Partner with senior leadership on trade-offs and risk management
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Build commercial and negotiation capabilities across the organization
  • Lead and develop a small central team
  • Act as a key connector between Central KAMs and Local KAMs
