  • Understanding of Pre-Sales and Post-Sales functions interconnection
  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities and design capture processes
  • High comfort level with performance data
  • Experience in dashboard development
  • Experience in standardized reporting toolset creation
  • Proven matrix leadership ability
  • Ability to align cross-functional and cross-border stakeholders
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to act as a persuasive consultant

Tasks

  • Help transform Client Success into a strategic post-sales vertical.
  • Provide central reports, playbooks, structures, and processes.
  • Establish best practices.
  • Facilitate Pre-Sales and Post-Sales alignment.
  • Consult local markets on modern Client Success functions.
  • Harmonize service standards across the full portfolio.
  • Enable local teams with data-driven campaign insights.
  • Provide measurement and tracking tools and dashboards.
  • Identify, signal, and communicate opportunities from post-sales data.
  • Provide systematic feedback to Pre-Sales/Sales.
  • Track and measure core global KPIs.
  • Monitor upsell, cross-sell, retention, and churn rates.
