- Analyze local country workflows
- Design efficient post-sales processes for 150+ products
- Develop clear, scalable process documentation for central and local teams
- Create playbooks and SOPs for central and local teams
- Integrate operational workflows into Salesforce, Jira, and Huskyplanner
- Implement new processes
- Train and onboard teams
- Enable teams to adopt global standards
- Continuously monitor operational performance
- Identify bottlenecks, workarounds, and inefficiencies
- Develop scalable solutions to increase speed-to-market
- Collaborate closely with international stakeholders
- Bridge local market requirements with central objectives
