- •Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent
- •Competencies in Aeroelastics and ideally flutter control
- •Basic knowledge of Systems Engineering and Flight Control Laws
- •Coding experience as a major plus
- •Highly motivated, open-minded, and initiative-taking personality
- •Ability to deal with complex physics
- •Strong communication skills for international interfaces
- •English at negotiating level and German skills
- •Awareness of compliance risks and integrity

- •Create analysis methods for dynamic loads alleviation
- •Perform modal analysis and vibration calculations
- •Execute aeroelastic stability calculations for aircraft design and optimization
- •Support aircraft certification through rigorous stability analysis
- •Provide dynamic master models for international organizational use
- •Deliver unsteady aerodynamics models for dynamic analysis
