Requirements
- •Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Structural Engineering or related field
- •Experience in structural analysis and aircraft structures
- •Proficiency in NASTRAN and beneficial ABAQUS experience
- •Proficiency in Altair tools like Hypermesh
- •Knowledge of Airbus tools like ISAMI
- •Proficiency in Catia V5 and 3DX knowledge
- •Understanding of aerospace materials and structural mechanics
- •Desirable familiarity with airworthiness regulations and certification
- •Analytical skills and attention to detail
- •Excellent English and beneficial German skills
- •Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
- •Beneficial experience with Python for automation
- •Compliance risk awareness and integrity commitment

Tasks
- •Analyze aircraft moveable surfaces using analytical methods and FEA software
- •Evaluate composite and metallic materials for structural integrity
- •Develop models to predict stress, strain, and fatigue life
- •Validate structural performance under static, dynamic, and thermal loads
- •Propose design improvements based on detailed analysis results
- •Collaborate with design engineers to integrate findings into aircraft design
- •Prepare technical reports and documentation for certification evidence
- •Support the certification process with airworthiness authorities
- •Improve analysis methodologies, tools, and engineering best practices
- •Perform root cause analysis for in-service structural issues
