- •Competency for a Technical Approver Delegation

- •Willingness to travel frequently
- •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

- •Support design office with stress evaluations for certification

- •Ensure knowledge transfer to new employees
- •Create training documents for new processes and tools
- •Implement new ways of working and processes
