Requirements
- •Master's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or equivalent
- •Sound understanding of aerodynamics
- •First experience in aerodynamic numerical simulations, Computational Fluid Dynamics, wind tunnel test, or flight test
- •Expertise in digitalization topics such as data fusion, surrogate modeling, model-based system engineering, big data analytics, machine learning, and cloud computing
- •Good working knowledge of a programming language, preferably Matlab or Python
- •Knowledge of CFD, CAD, meshing, turbulence models, and limitations would be an advantage
- •Familiarity with data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence would be an advantage
- •Aptitude for complex problem solving and innovation
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Team-oriented mindset with strong customer focus
- •Fluency in English mandatory, good German skills beneficial

- •Deliver aerodynamic models and data for loads assessment
- •Assess aircraft performance and handling qualities
- •Contribute to the design, optimization, and validation of aircraft shapes, structures, and systems
- •Define future aerodynamic processes and technologies
- •Collaborate with transnational project teams to secure multi-disciplinary design solutions
- •Meet customer requirements while ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery
- •Apply data science methods to solve aerodynamic business tasks
- •Utilize data analytics, machine learning, and model-based system engineering
- •Provide aerodynamic support to manufacturing plants and airlines
