Requirements
- Strong background in aerodynamics with focus on high-lift systems
- Proficiency in data science principles including statistical analysis and machine learning
- Solid understanding of mathematics and numerical analysis
- Experience with simulation tools
- Expertise in programming and coding, e.g., Python and MATLAB
- Proficiency in CATIA for 3D design
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Proven ability in project management
- Agile and open-minded approach
- Willingness to travel for business up to once or twice per month
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity
Tasks
- Design and optimize high-lift systems using aerodynamic principles
- Analyze complex aerodynamic data with data science techniques
- Develop algorithms and scripts for data processing and automation
- Conduct numerical analysis and simulations of high-lift configurations
- Collaborate with teams using CATIA for 3D modeling of components
- Manage high-lift aerodynamic design projects to ensure quality and timeliness
