- Build and maintain joint partner account plans with quarterly targets
- Ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting with Analytics and Finance
- Own and manage the partner relationship and governance framework
- Lead or support business and operational meetings
- Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and service levels are met
- Manage escalations
- Deliver initiatives to drive adoption and performance
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing on campaigns and content
- Translate partner commercial needs into product requirements
- Work with Product/Tech to prioritize roadmap items
- Ensure launch readiness
- Own or support reporting cadence and performance tracking
- Turn insights into actionable improvements
- Align Sales, Product, Marketing, Risk, and Operations
- Remove blockers and ensure execution
- Support partner management, reporting, forecasting, and initiative execution
- Gradually take ownership of smaller partners
Work Experience

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
